Wildlife Oil Paintings

I paint lifelike oil paintings of wildlife. I use traditional methods and materials: oil pigments, birch wood panels, linen, and gesso. I sometimes grind my own paints. My favorite color is real honest-to-goodness lapis lazuli. And I consider real Naples yellow to be an indispensable pigment.
